Yeah the red does look better, but you should lose the black background, or atleast give the borders a different color, because theres way too much black. It's only black and red text, no lines or anything because you cant see em since they have the same color as the background, which is not a good thing.

No. The flashy blue on the flashy red hurts my eyes. I cant look at it longer than three seconds without getting my eyes burnt. The trick in creating a good theme is using one or two base colors and have a pallet based on them. For example you could choose black and red. And use colors like grey, dark grey, light grey, black, red, crimson, bordeaux etc etc..
I know its very hard to create a good theme for a forum, just trying to help. Looking very readable already though.

hm... what happens if you try to enter a background color and a pic at the same time?

That's my problem. If you enter only background color, you get it. If you enter only pic, you get error saying you must fill in all spaces. If you put both, you get color over pic.

O.K. i'm satisfied with the colors right now. They don't burn your eyes, and they're not too hard to see.
If you want improvements made, PM me, and I'll think about it.

Lol. I got our logo picture to work. I think it might be because imageshack won't share. I'll add nickbrick's image to my website(with his permission), and use that.

Hey nickbrick. Your picture is perfect. Could you host it somewhere other than imageshack? Or e-mail the actual picture to me, so I can put it on my website, and move it directly from there to here? I tried doing that, but it says "The multimedia format is not supported."
Damn Microsoft

damocles, i just emailed you the pic. you have every right to host it and use it. you could do the "fixed background" thing. i think it would look better, as the pic is not a pattern.
